In order to provide advanced solutions to the complex technical issues within Quality Assurance and Technical Departments, our quality laboratory is able to perform non-destructive testing, such as:

• Ultrasound
• Penetrating liquids
• Magnetic powder
• Ultrasonic thickness determination
• Spectral analysis

Therefore, we work with brands like Krautkramer and Namicon and the operating personnel is specialy trained and certified by I.S.C.I.R.

For penetrating radiation testing we collaborate with certified laboratories.

Our welding procedures are homologated by Det Norske Veritas and Germanisher Lloyd.

We use modern technologies based on qualified procedures, providing high quality welded joints with regard to the mechanical characteristics, as well as homogeneity at non-destructive testing.

Certifications

Universal Montaj Darzeu is also certified by I.S.C.I.R. (the Romanian Inspection Board for Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Hoisting Equipment) for:

• Fabrication of subassemblies, erection and repairs of steam & hot water boilers, erection and repair of steam & hot water piping, pressure vessels and process piping
• Nondestructive testing
• Erection and repair of gantry cranes, overhead cranes, fixed cranes with turning arm and repair by welding of mobile cranes
